**PUT** `https://www.digicert.com/services/v2/ctmonitor/issuer-brand-settings`

Use this endpoint to allowlist an issuing certificate authority for CT log monitoring.

Additionally, use this endpoint to:

- Disable urgent email notifications for a certificate authority.
- Enable urgent email notifications for a certificate authority.
- Allowlist a certificate authority brand.
- Remove a certificate authority brand from the allowlist.
