All Symantec® certificate services permanently closed
Between October 29 and November 2, 2020, we shut down all Symantec, GeoTrust, Thawte, and RapidSSL admin consoles, enrollment services, and API services.
If you are a Symantec customer:
- DigiCert CertCentral has replaced Symantec as your new certificate management console.
- The DigiCert CertCentral APIs have replaced the legacy Partner API as your tool for automating certificate lifecycle management and building custom experiences for your customers.
If you haven’t moved to CertCentral:
The Partner API allows you to integrate your applications with DigiCert's order management and certificate lifecycle tools to make it easy for your customers to order and manage certificates and website identity products without leaving your site. The Partner API uses SOAP and contains web services for creating new orders and working with existing orders.
